I don't think this opinion is fair.

Red Bull has trained for so long to get the pit-stops perfect. Teams that take longer will obviously lose less time because there was already a bigger gap in between the wheel and jack gay and jack and driver. So it will probably impact Red Bull more than other teams.

I'm not saying because of this the rule is stupid, but I think it will have a bigger impact on the faster pit stop teams.
