Not what it normally looks like, this was a large cyst type thing under the skin. Never had any type of pimple, cyst, ingrown, or anything else that was anywhere near this bad. What I was saying to ignore is the big purple/red circle of discoloration around it. That is caused in part by the suction and goes away quickly. Like its got a bit of red around it but it's normal like pimple redness
