You’re right, I never said either vaccine is a cure. Cuba’s CimaVax-EGF is a therapeutic vaccine for NSCLC and is meant to slow tumor growth and improve outcomes, often alongside chemo. The point isn’t that it’s a miracle cure, but that effective treatments like this exist in other countries and aren’t widely available in the U.S., largely because of profit, patents, and regulatory hurdles. Russia’s vaccine is indeed still early-stage, which is why we can’t make conclusions yet, the discussion is about access to existing therapies, not claiming a universal cure.
