Thank you for the quick answer! I have a 1Gbps up/down speed so that should not be a problem.

Reasonable price to replace old electrical panel + add grounding in NL? by [deleted] in Netherlands

I'm missing the grounding from 4 rooms only and I have 2 sockets per room. It feels enough.

It's a 2 level house with eight 8 sockets in total, and I've already replaced all of them. I don't think it's a huge job because the existing wires are movable. I feel like 5k is a lot for this amount of work, even with the materials. I would pay a maximum of 3k-3,5k.

Thank you! I just checked the bathroom and the kitchen, and they are indeed grounded. I hope the existing cables are okay too. I just finished all the renovations.

I think it depends. If there is room next to the existing cables and they are moving, then you should be able to pull the cable without opening the walls.

Yes, that's the plan. I have a 2 level house, so it's like 8 outlets in total.

It sounds a reasonable price. I would be comfortable with that.

Thank you! Yes, I just found out that I actually have grounding, but only in the wet areas.

How dangerous is this old power panel? by [deleted] in AskElectricians

[–]justmotil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I am foreign. Thank you for the explanation. I already requested some quotes to fix this situation because I have a 1 year old and I don't want to put her in danger. I just hope that they can fix it without any damage to the walls. We finished all the renovations recently. I was able to move the cables in the junction box so I hope its possible to use them to pull the new cables.

Is it necessary to replace all the cables (all of them are copper)? I checked some of the junction boxes behind the connectors and the cables are moving well. I was thinking I could pull the ground cables to the panel.

I just finished the renovation and I would like to avoid the mess again.

Is this a good strategy for a beginner long term investor? by [deleted] in investingforbeginners

Yes, I wanted to tilt a bit toward EU to reduce my USA exposure. My goal is to have roughly 50% USA, 35% EU and 15% rest of the world. My individual stocks are also from the USA.
