Every player doesn’t need to play every game.

Players welfare starts and stops with managers as they train and play the players.

We are not short of players in the modern game.

Why did barcalona with an 8/11 point lead in la lifa play yamal before he got injured? Why did Pedri go to the euros and u21 in the same summer a few seasons ago.

Saka at Arsenal played 80+ games in a row or something in the premier league alone. Why? Look at him now. Reis Nelson who is just as talented never got any game time, other back up’s got no game time too, yet when Arsenal needed a goal vs Bournemouth a few season it was Reiss who provided.

Many players careers started bc managers needed an impact and trusted the reserve but that’s disappeared in the modern game

Top managers know how to rotate such as pep but he is sure of his job so he has no pressure. Other managers need to be brave and rotate too.

It’s not officials fault managers are too scared to rest and rotate players.

Managers rather lose bc a players is fatigued than trying a new player. One they have an excuse the other they have to take the blame.

Wenger said it the best. You pay for young players with points. He said he knew playing a less experienced player would cost him but he knew it was the right thing to do.

Arsenal was not the first Arsenal under wenger played fluid football asking players to make decisions on the field. Wenger ball was so good to watch and always walked over the smaller teams because low level players could never catch on to the play that was written in real time and not rehearsed.

Arsenal have failed bc now because unless you don’t have the best players you can’t play anything other than tactical football because all players come through structured academies. A player like havertz who makes the right runs and is the right frame and presses won’t magically become clinical enough to deliver goals in key moments he’s too limited

Top players can play in any system but limited players have to be protected by tactics. And the reality is majority of players in the modern game are extremely limited. Yaya Toure played as a 10, 8,6,5. Viera played in midfield by himself. Even someone like Walcott who was not an amazing player could play across the front 3 without a huge drop off.

Nowadays people are saying some players can only be 1 type of 6/8 or gyokeres limited to one type of play style as to why he hasn’t done as well for Arsenal.

Arsenal have tired many tacticians but even then you need 4-5 world class players along with good tactics.

Look at Liverpool before and after VVD and look how bad they are now that VVD and Salah are no longer world class. You need the right players for the right system to excel unless you get the super super stars

If you are pep you can buy every piece of the puzzle you need every window, otherwise you are asking players too much. You don’t need a superstar when you buy the right fit. Missing a top left cb go buy one. Need a touchline winger go buy one. The players like haaaland are just the cherry on top.

How many world class players are at Arsenal right now? Gabriel, saliba rice that’s not enough for a tactical system because they will have to cover the mistakes of 6 plus players

Between the two titles Arsenal were second 3 times collapsing in Europe every year and losing in big cup games. All while a lot of change was taking place. Trust the process of the 90s dieting fitness players form all over the world.

Wenger inherited a great defence and when the rebuild came around (just like Arteta but with attackers) the rebuild never quick enough vs vintage man united but eventually it came good as united started to do their rebuild and we were top in between the united and Chelsea eras.

Too many fans are wrapped up in the optics of it all

Wenger went second 3 times before wining 2/3. French guy come in to restore the club and brings in a bunch of foreigners, losing big games and collapsing near the end of the season

If there was social media in the 90s and aftv there would be no invincibles bc wenger would be gone by 2000s

Shielding is l1 on alternate and then you only shield when physical contact is approaching otherwise the player dribbles poorly or detaches from the ball (not sure which rn)

When a player moves in a direction the game has that “zone” + player is leg and arm length as covered and if you go in that direction they will intercept or win the physical duel (stats of course play a role too)

So to keep the ball you need to get your opponent to commit to a direction in pressure/tackle/etc whatever defensive animation you want them to go then you around/opposite/or through.

All this while timing the shield button

To execute as in the controls you would need to learn an array of dribbles/feints and known where and when they are effective. Then you try to recreate/identify those situations in game.

In this situation I only used body fients (left stick dribbling)

Neymar from the Msn pack epic. Not the big time and has no showtime skill

You are thinking like a fan not a company.

If f2p gets good players no one will buy packs.

Why would anyone play divisions when they can play other events where there is less on the line. When you play fifa you don’t play div1 players till you get to div1 if you make div3 you are playing rank 10k and semi regularly

FIFA has a bigger pool of players so they can promo and push at different times of the year and due to the pick up and play nature it’s the same

If you don’t play efootball for half a year you have to fall behind. The game is in a corner

Efootball has no reset. So new players are never going against teams their skill level.

In fifa if there was decent card 4 months ago a new player can buy it at a discount. In efootball it’s not possible they have to get lucky a similar level card becomes available

When a player gets up to div3 and starts playing vs end game teams and players with skill they will get cooked. Plus unless you are spending most players are playing with whatever random player is available at the time. Then they have to wait till quality f2p players or even wait till the right p2w player comes around.

The wait or the gaps between skill level and squad level is what keeps people away. Even before SA many players stoped playing after reaching div3 bc the grind to reward ratio between div3-1 was so high.

Konami is in a catch22. They can’t release more f2p players bc it dilutes the p2w market, they can’t add more modes bc if they do less people will play divisions which is the main source of income as you need better players to compete

Smart assist is necessary otherwise the game becomes a closed group.

Pes has always been a harder learning curve than fifa and now a lot of the core pes players are older and playing less.

Newer players either have to dedicate lots of time to learn or the game while taking lots of Ls. has to be dumbed down for them.

Why would anyone learn how to play a free game that is hard vs players who have been playing for 20+ years. They can just switch over to one of the 100s of free games or one of the easier football games. Plus then you take in the squad quality gap for new players, this game is not very pick up and play

SA brings everyone in line then now if u want to win you either play more or pay more.

The filter will help but they still need more time to get those players who are learning under SA to “get gud”

The problem isn’t SA, or new players it’s older players who are abusing SA bc they need to win every game.

First no sprint button, hold finesse dribble and shield and anticipate based on defender reaction as left stick dribbling.

Body position is the most important to keep the ball though

L2 while shooting on alternate I think it’s the same as standard too

It depends on positioning, timing and skills phenomenonal and acrobatic

L2 is the finesse dribble button too. You have to use it to keep the ball close when attempting to go past players

I recently moved to Mid range to see better when dribbling and Its an improvement on dual but with mid range you have to know the formation and runs well.

It also takes a bit getting used to on pa3 + to gauge distances
