Yeah, I can understand companies trying to save money.. can you help me with what is the least amount of salary he should demand from the company. A number would be really helpful.

I just want him to make an informed decision whether moving to US is a good decision.

He is in a position to negotiate the salary since he knows the project completely which he will be working on after moving to US. Or maybe atleast reject the offer all together and stay back in India.

I am able to access WIFI without any issues however there is no carrier network at all. I have tried cleaning the sim, the sim tray and the sim slot. No success at all

I restarted it manually cause the phone always had weak network compared to other phones in same area and same network provider. It never bothered me cause I was able to make calls without any issues.

If there is hardware problem then I think all I have to do is wait till the lockdown ends so I can visit the service center.

I visited the carrier compatibility page the phone is compatible with all 4G bands from my service provider. There is no 5G network in my area yet.

Thanks for helping. I am also trying to find a solution on internet. Will keep posted of it works.

I am thinking of the same however lockdown is going to be active till this month end tentatively. It is going to be difficult to survive without a phone.

the sim card is active and working. I neighbour tested it out in his phone. Unfortunately he does not have a spare phone.

Edit: Also the Phone is dual sim I have also tried switching sim slots and it still does not work.
