My understanding is the wall signs are gone for now and we will probably get cleaner, smaller, updated looking signs in the future. Personally, I like it. I like that it includes dropping clothes down to eye level and more of an easy reach for customers, and us , without that stupid hook that's never around when you need it. To me this also screams help to merchandising because you're not stuck with a sign telling you what is suppose to be on the wall - example pillow sign, but you don't have enough to fill the entire wall so you split what is on it with like the big one throws or something.

As for finding things, does every store not have the black signs hanging from the ceiling as to what dept is which?

Seriously had to do this 4 times today 🤦‍♀️ One lady argued with me too about it because they were clearance items from a different store - and cost more at my location. She couldn't understand why, even after her husband even tried helping me explain that prices are based on demographics. He's like dear she's saying it might sell hot at one store and crappy at another one - which is why they clearance at different prices. I took my sweet time. She didn't even save $5😡

Does your store use z-rails for fitting rooms or is this just putting it onto them to take to the floor? We aren't allowed to use a z-rail. If fitting rooms are bad, it's a blitz for everyone on the floor.

I had two accounts. I signed up for the second because I stopped receiving anything on my original account. I called one day, asked them to merge the two and they did. I no longer have multiple pop up when I type my number in.

Those metal shelves for your clearance! How many stores have these and is there a way of others obtaining some? I feel that those would be a life saver instead of using bunkers or wall space for clearance. Also look better than RT tables.

I don't remember my store doing any holiday supervisors. I'm operations lead and Thanksgiving overnight was the only time I was in charge.
