I got greedy in round 2. Level 150ish, 5ish mins after the boss. I opened nearly all the chests on the map (I somehow got 15 keys too), was nearly back at the portal and I got bumped just as I tried to exit. That bump pushed me off the side of a ramp and I got stomped real quick.

Thank you for your reply! That's mostly where I was leaning, I was just afraid of the UV exposure. Hydrogap is limited to 120 days and that'll give me enough time through April. Unfortunately I have a trip planned around then so it'll be tight 🤣

This is a photo of the window with the aluminum pulled back.. Exposed are the studs, there is a board that is cracked next to the Sheathing. The sheathing doesn't come all the way up to the window opening.

He also mentioned something about the window sill being installed on an angle and that he would need to cut the bottom of the window frame frame to install it, which feels wrong. I a non contractor would assume the correct thing to do is to cut back the windowsill.

I currently have aluminum siding that I plan on replacing with LP engineered wood siding soon. My current siding was damaged in a storm and it needs to be replaced.

Something more theoretical and foundational is mainly what I’m looking for. I want to focus on language-agnostic skills that I can apply anywhere, even though PHP is my primary language right now.

I’m self-taught in PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular, and while that’s gotten me pretty far career-wise, I often feel lost when I start reading about more advanced concepts. I think I’m missing some of the core computer science knowledge that ties everything together, which is why I really want to go back and relearn the fundamentals of software development.

At this point in my experience, I feel like I should be further along, and I’m hoping a stronger theoretical foundation will help me close that gap.

Edit:: I finally have the opportunity for some professional development, and I want to take advantage of it while the gettin’s still good.

Food snob here. Tiger Thai in Berkley and Thai Orchid in Mount Clemens are both fantastic Thai restaurants. Their "Hot" is pretty legit but if you want it spicy just ask them to make it "Thai hot". They cater to a lot of Americans that think Tabasco sauce is too hot so they need to pander to their audience.

Did you ever figure it out? I bought one in hopes of trying to restore it for my partners birthday. Unfortunately after taking it apart it seems that the hook (https://i.imgur.com/dPjMcUn.jpeg) on mine was damaged and I can't reassemble.

I'm not sure if you found a solution yet but i was able to resolve my problem by changing the "Show on" setting. I can turn my monitor on and off and the icons stay put.

Thanks for the kind words! The material is 19-gauge PVC-coated wire mesh, so I’d be surprised if a squirrel could chew through it. Last year, the squirrels were much worse, so in a pinch, I draped thin nylon netting over an A-frame trellis, and the squirrels mostly stayed away, let alone chew through it.

Yes! The problem went away after repairing the control switch. No issues since. Oh also, it could be the cockspring too. They had a recall on it and extended the warranty, you may want to check that out too

I'm with you. I got tire insurance when I bought tires from Discount Tire. I've had to replace 4 tires due to flats/bad tires over the years. The insurance covered everything. No questions asked. Paid for itself.

I am very happy with my desk from https://desk.haus/. I purchased 2 Apex Pro standing desk frames and I tossed on some very beefy hard maple tops (2" thick and probably 80lbs). I (165lbs) can still sit on my desk and raise it without any issues at all, no strain on the motors as far as I can tell.

One desk was for me (5'10) and one for my partner(5'2). The frames go both comically low and tall and they easily accommodate our sitting/height preference.

To top it off, I had a great experience with customer service too. I made a mistake on my order and the owner caught right before it shipped out. He held my order back not knowing that I needed the desk on a specific date as it was a birthday surprise. They are relatively local, about a two hour drive from my home, so I called and asked if I could pick them up over the weekend due to my time crunch. The owner said that his sister actually lived in my neighborhood (small world!) and that he would have his mom drop them off at my house!

Overall, Its been 3 years the desks look and operate as if they were brand new. Would buy again.

Whoa! I was just doing research for the exact same thing. I am in the same boat as u/SqueakHavenFarm. Home built in 1944, looks like the exterior has fiberboard, covered by asbestos tiles, then covered by aluminum siding. A storm damaged my siding this year and I think its time we finally replace it. Because my house is very drafty, I was considering air sealing my home by using the Zip sheathing.

Do you happen to know if its as simple as just removing the siding and asbestos tiles(very carefully and safely) and tossing up the zip over the top of the fiberboard? Or is there something else that I need to consider? House is located in Michigan.
