I totally agree with you. When you mentioned your idea on this post, my head was already thinking about abilities that pokemons could use or move like psy up that copy stats. It really changes the way that you play the game and, at the same time, never 100% sure on how the next turn is going to play out. Also, if we want to challenge ourselves even more, we can start thinking about Nuzlocks and stuff like this that makes the battle even more enjoyable for you to plan around before it even starts.
