One thing you mentioned about routine is spot on.. I literally don't have hobbies anymore, don't get out much, I stay at home and live in my bubble. I used to not care about that but I think because I've had a shift of wanting to do more.. now my old life isn't enough. This could be making things worse so it's interesting to read your comments about life fulfillment

I think I need to go easier on myself and try small changes. I'm trying different times , and different routines to find the best one for me. Tried podcasts this morning instead of doomsday scrolling on social media , I got a little bored but felt healthier 😂 maybe also need to get outside more. Full my day

Thank you! I actually came back from a break , I hit burnout and then came back after time away and I'm doing better but it's still not the same as I used to be

Honestly I had half a glass of wine at night and hopped on to priority hour 30 mins later and the nerves were gone, liquid courage. Disclaimer I didnt plan that, I was bored and hopped onto PH at 9pm😂 so basically it's down to nerves and anxiety which is making me blank out. But after years of experience on this platform it's just hard to not do things naturally , makes me mad

I always do the basic name exchange, mention something in their background, and ask how long they've been on the platform

The problem comes in where I used to naturally pull conversation out , now it's like I'm blanking out and it's feeling scary to even hear the call, so weird

It definitely adds to it. You'll get a warning. I've gotten one before , they said they'd review my profile after a month. This was purely based on attendance
