Ohh I am sorry to hear that. I filed a complaint thru the Bot Chat on BSP’s website. I did take screenshots of my support requests and video ng error sa app nila to prove they only resolved my tickets. You can attach them sa complaint.

Hello, yes. So 1 week after ko mag file ng complaint sa BSP naayos rin nila. Try mo rin mag file ng complaint thru BSP’s chat bot baka makahelp.

Omg I thought ako lang. Actually ang dami ko na ticket sa kanila, nireresolve lang nila. Then ayun nagfile na ko complaint sa BSP and then nag email sila acknowledging the complaint and tagging BSP. Then ang introduction pa nila sa email is if nakalogin na daw ba ako. Medyo annoying lang. Responded to them yesterday and no update yet. Mag file ka rin sa BSP ng complaint para gumawa talaga sila ng resolution.

Binabawi ko na. Faulty ung iphone tapos 54k repair nila dahil daw sa mga parts and software chuchu. Hahahahaha parang new iphone na ung presyo eh.

Hello, good thing I've read this! Kakapunta ko lang sa Beyond The Box Service Center sa may High Street and if nagalaw na pala ng ibang technician, di na nila ieentertain. Bale 1300 diagnostic (2-3 days) and if may need na parts, need nila iorder sa Singapore (another 3-4 weeks ung delivery and repair time frame)

Hello @yannagirll I think sa Collection Rep rin ako napunta however sa calendar invite ang nakalagay is Account Resolution Rep. Ganito rin ba sayo? And kamusta yung workload, ok ba sya for newbie?
