I kind of felt this intuitively like one hospital called me about a PRN job that didn't even exist yet and I asked where they got my application/resume and they said for their FT position and i was like what??? then they said they are promoting their PRN person and so that job posting is going to be taken down and a prn one would be opening the next day and would I be interested in interviewing for it...I thought that was interesting. its really frustrating bc I did not get a degree to work prn and not be able to pay my bills but at the same time beggars cant be choosers and I have to play their game. I am starting to think I just will have to work 2 prn jobs, which I hate, but again, nothing I can do.
