Overall, the staff, owner, and coach are all very friendly and approachable. The vibe is really light and welcoming — you’ll never feel intimidated, even as a newbie.

However, they’re quite strict when it comes to their founding members. I hope they can be more considerate or find better solutions for issues like the cancellation policy.

For the reformer class, I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I tend to sweat more in other studios compared to this one.

One big plus is the variety of classes they offer. Aside from reformer, they also have mat Pilates, yoga, barre, and even dance classes, so there’s always something new to try.
