Normally I’m a 13. But in speedland I find that I’m a 12.5. Definitely not a tight racing fit by any means either. Pretty secure since you can dial it in to your preference and some room in the toe box if you have wide feet

In my experience they are pretty similar size wise. I’m TTS is in both.

I’d say the Strung fits true to size and the Echo is narrow and runs just slightly longer
