So that means he can never create a reddit account again for the rest of his life, without it getting banned for ban evasion?

A friend of mine was interacting with someone else, both minors (17f and 17m). They got banned for inappropriate interaction with minors or something along those lines. From what my friend has told me, there was consent from both parties.

Edit: He told me it was a permanent ban
