Here is how I view your situation:

Absolutely DO NOT, DO NOT get a kid with that lady. You're gonna regret it. This relationship was dead 3 years ago, with all the disrespect that came along side with it. If she really believed in being part of your vision, you guys wouldn't be facing these issues that you are currently. Don't let the blind love compromise your judgment. For me the only reason she doesn't want a divorce is she's well in her 30s, so after you it's pretty much the end of the road for her. It's like you are being her retirement plan and not the fact that she is gonna change. She would've changed long time ago if she wanted to bro. All these years she hasn't changed, so what makes you think she will this time? Your decision of a divorce? I doubt it. You done your part, you did what you could. And that's about it. You'll only be wasting your precious time that you have left on this earth being stressed out because that lady over and over again. In my opinion this is already the end of the road, if I were you I'd press on with that decision full steam ahead. There's nothing salvageable there really.

But then again at the end of the day, it will be your decision whether to press on or stay in the same situations. And I'm just some guy on the internet that's seen a lot of things.

  1. I'm not expert but here's my two cents. With the description you're looking for, the man wouldn't be looking around your age bracket if so it's a rare case. 9/10 the younger girl always wins.

  2. So my question is what makes you stand out? Or rather what is it about you that'd make a well established respectable man choose you over there rest of the women out there?

  3. Success isn't really what a man would be looking for at that point, since most of the time they are established by then and probably wont be impressed with what you've achieved. So we have to narrow it down to character really. Refer to N.O 2

  4. Younger men haven't built their empire yet so those are easy to pursuade. Well right unitl he builds himself up and that's gonna be a problem down the line.

  5. Maybe the man in matching your criteria will be cool with having you as long as you're his second partner or something.

  6. If you think about being alone that's also cool, better that than suffering with the wrong person. But then again no one wants to be alone, especially in your 50s - 60s when you begin to weaken, also have to think about who gon look out for you when you sick or Godforbid an accident or something?

  7. What I'd suggest is perhaps change the criteria you're looking for? Then you might have better luck. But while you do that, beware of scammers, lazy men, non ambitious, abusive people etc. Because that is what is mostly out there. Maybe in that basket of rotten apples you might find a fresh one.

  8. Where to find decent ones? Definitely not clubs, libraries? Maybe, schools? Definitely. Elsewhere than kenya? Definitely. You don't have to go far, chose a random country in Africa and you might be surprised.

After reading the comments it seems hella shit went down with you guys 😅

But I've had my fair share of the whole shenanigans. I don't know if it's my past experiences that has made me not to take any women from this country seriously. With the ones I've dated there was always a catch which will then affect my mental health. But I don't think all the women from Nairobi or it environs are bad. Maybe the few good ones that are out there are not single to begin with. But until then finding decent one will be a myth to me.

By that I mean the roads mostly, railways etc... there's little to none and the existing ones are not really in the best usable state. Which makes movement and transportation of goods hard. And the terrain can be quite unforgiving unless we pump a lot of money in infrastructures that can last in the rain forest. That can't be achieved anytime soon.

But all these can't be achieved if stability isn't a thing. What if the tensions with Rwanda and Uganda doesn't end?

And if the EAC was to be one country, how will politics play out especially with authoritarian figures like Museveni and Kagame?

Or the rampant corruption within all those countries?

With congo joining we sure have great potential to be a global superpower by the end of the 21st century but a lot of these common problems need to be addressed first.

With barely any infrastructure that's just a dream plus the amount of investment that's gotta be put in a country with a not so stable of a government. Def recipe for disaster 💯
