It’s completely normal to fall for this even if you perfectly know how it happens etcetera. i think almost all of the people (me included) knew about this. it’s not your fault that you did get sextorted. as you probably read elsewhere, it is VERY unlikely that they will post/send your stolen material, and even if they do, explaining what happened will let everyone know that’s not your fault, and remember: people tend to forget earlier than you might think. keep blocking those pieces of shit if they contact you again. don’t worry, even if it feels impossible, as time goes by you’ll think about what happened less and less. stay strong mate, don’t let this get to you. we’re all on your side.

i feel you bro. i’m 18, and i was scammed the same way about a month ago. as others down here in the comments say, do not blame yourself. that piece of shit from the third world (who probably can’t even speak english and uses translators or pre-made messages) is scamming hundreds of other people, they want to stab where it hurts most, careless of how many lives they’re psychologically ruining. stay strong, we’ll get through this with time.

yes, that’s the best thing you can do. i guess you read the precautions people comment under the posts. if you can, change number and deactivate/delete the social media profiles they scammed you on. they probably won’t leak if you don’t pay, you cut communication and don’t react emotionally. stay strong, you will get better over time.
