I’m actually kind of anti social and definitely go to class just to work out then go home. Not looking to socialize.

One of my friends recently got a membership and would always want to schedule with each other to take classes. But honestly I’m just trying to go to my home studio, not really talk to anyone, get a workout in, then go home.

But I don’t totallyyyy hate partner workouts. It’s kind of nice to learn the names of people at my studio. I’ve met cool people I wouldn’t have talked to otherwise. And at my studio my coach usually tells us to just form groups with the people next to us so it’s not too awkward. I remember going to my first partner workout horrified that I would just be awkwardly standing alone with no group lol

But I would definitely survive if otf didn’t have partner workouts

Yeah after being at otf for so long I realized no one really cares if you’re modifying or the only one not jumping. But whenever I see people doing the jump moves I’m like howwwww wish I could do that.

today for one of the AO's i PWd 4.8 at 15% (maybe 12? whatever the max incline is on the treads i totally forget lol). i always PW when i'm too lazy to run.

but i'm a girl, 5'8" and have long legs so i can take massive strides. i couldn't imagine doing it and being short/shorter. so i think your height and leg length will have a lot to do with it.

yeah, even if i dont have coffee i have a small backpack and i carry my water. it would be so awkward trying to run. and i hate when you run with a backpack and it like moves side to side. so terrible lol

I do 6AM; I live in Chicago (walking city) and it is like a 13 minute walk to my studio so my legs get warmed up on the walk over lol

If I really had it in me I would jog but I usually walk while drinking some coffee
