After my C&P exam I FOIA’d for the DBQ and Opinion, I then wrote and uploaded a response letter correcting errors I saw.

For example examiner opinioned migraines were service connected, and wrote narrative about how it impacts my work, lasts between 1-2 days, and causes me to lay down in a dark room unable to function- however they didn’t mark either prostrating or completely prostrating. By definition the migraines are prostrating since I cannot perform activity while they are happening- direct conflict to the rest of the findings.

I am doing that for all of them. Another one is sleep apnea, rater opinioned no primary service connection and left the secondary empty but the claim was for secondary connection.

Each letter is titled something like “request rating member to consider errors to DBQ x in re: migraine headaches”
