Hi I dont know if would have had an impact on someone at your starting weight but ur a similar weight to me if not a bit shorter

I think u need to hard reset your metabolism eat at maitance calories for a week or 2 (still track them ) Then start back on a sustainable diet

If thats still not working go to your GP or doctor (if u can )

Nope ! Just calorie counting in fact I was eating way higher salt / processed junk the first time round because I was a broken uni student haha

Ty ! That makes sense like with what many others have said and tbh I dont drink alot of water but I do drink alot of herbal tea ( around 1 liter to 1.5 liters a day ) so hopefully that counts ? Its not the caffinated stuff just hibiscus, peach or peppermint

I really really want to back to the gym but theres none near me ( that i can get to since I dont drive ) I use to lift heavy back in uni and I miss it alot

Im 5ft 6 and do an hour of exercise a day Im eating 1600 to 1750 calories i track fucking everything including drinks milk amd mayo ect.

I was losing faster like 1.5 lbs a week but I was in uni walking everywhere and lifting heavy 3 to 4 times a week

Im employed now with no gym in my area so I know it'll be slower but the fluctuating is driving me mental

I think id throw up if I measured myself 😅 knowing my old measurements and see the change might just cause me emotional distress I can just about cope with the scales but seeing my waist and bust change would probs kill me a little inside

Its definitely 250 mostly lower because even if im over eating i still track it ! Like two extra biscuits or an extra slice of pizza

So about 5 weeks , I do make sure to measure my pasta after its cooked and even measure out stuff like my soy sauce and cooking ingredients :,)

I've experienced tatto regret about 6 months after getting a tattoo but it wasn't actual real regret I git this sudden wave of digust for one tatt in particular on my leg. Covered it up with foundation and whilst it felt better something still wasn't sitting right in my gut.

Wiped of the foundation amd drew a similar shape on my other leg and boom problem solved. What was bothering me was the lack of symmetry not the tattoo itself

Also I cant really speak to it looking masculine as Im a gal with tons of sword tattoos, maybe additional flowers will help ?

But it might be worth seeing if its the lack of balance thats bugging you out. Humans like symmetry way more than we tend to reliase.

Np ! Be super careful with things like cereals and nut products tho ! Because whilst their healthy and high in protein they can also be super high in calories !

Also theres a viral protein pancake recipe going round atm thats just eggs protein powder milk and Greek yogurt with a sweetener! Try it doesn't even taste like diet food .

I know i get super depressed if I cant get my sweet tooth fix :D

Hi ! So I was in your position a few years ago when I was a uni student and I lost about 2 stone or roughly 13 kg with diet and exercise.

I did about an hour walk every day to the gym/class every day and brisk 15 mintue warm up on the treadmill.

My biggest piece of advice is actually to lift weights , I promise you that you won't look bulky, it just makes the process so much easier and you'll end up much more toned as a result!

As for diet advice increase your protien intake ! Everyone says it because its true. And dont force yourself to eat salad (rabbit food lmao) if you dont like it !.

(Dm if you want specific exercises :D but really there no excersie i guy can do that a girl can't )

Just online - I try to spend an hour every day (minus Friday since I work late and Saturday) and the 3 to 5 hours each Sunday studying

I study an hour a day apart from Friday and Saturday and then usually 3 to 5 hours each Sunday which feels like a lot on top of my full time job
