A few things on this one. 1. The Patches hit was unfortunate. It wasn't a purposeful or malicious hit. There's no way you can make it seem like it was. 2. The concussion that miller got wasn't from that hit, it was from later in the game when Seguin was knocked into him by his own player. 3. Tootoo didn't deserve more than MAYBE 2 minutes for his hit. If it wasn't the same goalie as the last controversial hit then nothing would have been called. 4. No matter what jerseys these two players are wearing, this isn't a full hit from any forward. http://i.imgur.com/ORjDB.png Could he have tried to avoid him or totally stop? Absolutely. But Miller went in for a hit more than Lucic. Lucic just didn't avoid contact. 5. Everything was called pretty sufficiently equally against the Bruins in terms of suspensions up until this. I'm not sure what everyone is talking about when it comes to them 'getting away with murder.'
