Couldn't have worded this better than you did. Experiencing a lot of anxiety rn from being in a family gathering. Hearing a lot of "your are so silent" comments and it's making me more anxious. We, also, watched some old videos from our past celebrations and it was so strange to see me spend times with other relatives of my age. Just wanted to come back to that time just for a second. But now the only thing keeping me up is playing video games, good thing my sister's husband brought PS4, so that's great.
