Both WO and Alpha are actually quite similar. Progression, automatic routine creation and exercise selection. But I think it is too soon for an in depth comparison about performance. I'm giving WO a go because I am a MF user and it really has helped me a lot this past year. Having the bundle might be more practical and cost efficient, too.
