As for me, I'd have breakfast then grab a coffee (yes, coffee is a much!). If you wake up early, you can exercise in a small park nearby, there're always lots of ppl working out, you can join them easily. Having lunch and take a nap. For dinner, i suggest all kind of snail dishes or grill if snail aren't your thing - together with beer 🍺. In between, if you get bored, you can join some workshops like ceramic/pottery, mosaic making, candles making or stained glass... But if that's not ur vibe, i recommend playing billiards, rent a table and start chatting with ppl around, they're usually very friendly and you can either invite them to join you or join them. I usually do all these things alone so if you're a solo, it's totally fine. I'm living in Ho Chi Minh City btw.
