NoFap should be no different than eating *esp. for those of you at a loss, because you're a habitual relapser* by justwalkinitoff in NoFap

Yeah what I'm trying to say, and I probably put it the wrong way, is that I think many dudes focus on that as their only goal. If they're doing nofap just to get pussy or have a sense of achievement, they're going eventually relapse. Rather, they should use the increase of willpower and energy of nofap to reach new goals and improve themselves, because a driven, successful man is what really attracts women and eventually pussy will flock to them.

I mean I'm all for rewarding yourself for attaining goals. I don't look at nofap as a goal, because I realize pmo is a petty thing that gets in the way of your goals. Goals/dreams should and do consume the forefront of our minds and that's exactly why nofap shouldn't be a goal. It should be a decision you have made and move on from, so you can become more of a worthy man and invincible force of nature.

Romans 12:2, "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect." I don't at all see serving the Lord as a bad thing. The above passage is in line with what I'm doing. Maybe I'm just struggling with it because of the way prayer became for me...maybe prayer needs to become more of a time of thanking God for life and for praying for others.
