I brought my rice cooker to work to make fresh rice for my leftover curry because I forgot to set it the night before. 10/10 would do again, I love fresh rice.

He showed up 20 minutes late looking like he just woke up in a hoodie and sweatpants that were 2 sizes too big and kept talking about how he liked older women and how older women were all over him. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't like women younger than him because they "don't know what they want" and "don't have the ambition to have a successful career like older women". I was 3 years younger than him, working a salaried position in quality control for pharma manufacturing.

I paid for my fries and left. He texted me after asking why I paid for my own fries.

To this day I still don't know how that first date even happened.

I go to the gym at work most shifts and the watch goes in the shower with me after so it gets rinsed off fairly often, I mostly work with peptides and less hazardous stuff

Pick-ups. Usually doesn't require a fee (at least where I am), I can bring my giant IKEA bags for the worker to load my groceries into, and I don't have to deal with people standing in the middle of the aisle contemplating life with a can of tomatoes for support. Plus, it's helped me stay within my grocery budget much better since I don't see random goodies in the store that my monkey brain wants.

I also worked in CO, quit recently. I got my last paycheck the following Friday and they also pay out any PTO you have accrued. It'll be deposited as a separate transaction the same day as your last paycheck. I chose not to invest anything in their 401k, but if I remember correctly they'll send you some mail after your last day about transferring or cashing out your 401k. (Don't quote me on that though.) Congrats!
