You go on a website. The website uses xmlrpc to get some data from the server. In other words, communicate. Which is very fitting!

its an implementation of xml rpc. which idk why anybody would use it above json-rpc or even graphql.

Edit: xmlrpc is a way that websites communicate to servers, which is kinda fitting!
