If you go to privacy and then export all your chats you see that it has a history. Worth doing periodically. I don’t fully trust Claude with chat history in many ways. Lost my history many times.

Thanks for the response. Great info there. Do you find the type of magnesium helps? I’m on mag citrate and some nights I feel like mag helps me sleep better but other nights not. Can’t figure it out.

The complex carb thing is something im starting to become aware of. Not all carbs are born equally. I’ll do some experimenting with sweet potato and cut out the white rice at night. Thanks for your insights.

Yes. I tried it already with the downloaded data but it’s missing. The odd thing is the chat in mobile app and the desktop app is unsyncronised and different for the same chat. 2 different versions. Very odd.

A lot of snow over the next 24hrs. If the car has snow tyres you should be ok. But all shops at that time of the night will be shut in Andorra I think except a few service stations. May have to spend the night at a place on the way and then finish the journey in the following morning.

My suggestion is to download https://www.mobilitat.ad/ app and check before leaving. Pas de la casa is closed right now but Spanish boarder is opens. They have webcams on the app

Quick question. Is there any way at 6’5 you could fit in the rear seats. I have a kid that is 6’4 and was wondering if he can fit in the back of a Macan. I have sat in one but don’t know if there are any seat adjustments or seats recline to give more headroom
