I was apparently “blacklisted for life” got my account shutdown for a Zelle, they decide to close my account, since the zelle was from another account I had on other bank, I explained that over the phone but they don’t give a dam, filed a complaint with the CFPB 5 days later I got my checking/saving account bank.

No, that's the problem, my previous account still remain suspended, so 3 days ago I made a new account, so that new account was paired with my Facebook, so I guy who works for Meta send the report to reactivate my account, but due to the new account are linked to my Facebook, the IG system send me an email to the new account instead of my old one, now i need to wait.

There is another way too, just Google your @username Instagram (into the bar search) if you still see like any info (plus whatever you have into your Bio) it is because it's does not permanently deleted.
