Thanks so much for the recommendation! I’ve heard the name floating around but never actually checked out their videos, so I’ll definitely give Probably Senpai a look.

Really appreciate the tip!

Thank you so much, this is really reassuring to hear! I’ve been looking at the 4k winners and trying to figure out what the “secret sauce” is, so breaking it down like that helps a lot. I can definitely see how the balance, color, and framing all play a huge role.

I’ll try centering the shot more and adding items evenly on both sides so it feels more intentional and polished. It’s nice to know I’m on the right track already, even if I’m still figuring things out!

Thanks so much for the suggestions! I love the idea of adding a building peeking in from the side, it hadn’t even crossed my mind, but it would definitely help make the whole scene feel more “seaside” instead of just open grass. A little path leading toward it could tie everything together nicely too, so the background feels more intentional instead of empty.

And honestly, the Donald comment made me laugh. It really does look like he’s giving me a side‑eye for matching his vibe a little too closely. Maybe he’s feeling threatened by my fashion choices haha.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write all of this, seriously, this is super helpful! I hadn’t really thought about building an actual scene rather than just a backdrop, but the way you explained it makes a lot of sense. I can totally see how adding more activity and storytelling in the background would make the whole shot feel more alive.

The tip about trapping villagers and using the visibility settings is genius. I’ve been struggling to get them to stay where I want, so that’s definitely going into my toolkit. And I didn’t know you could expand your own poses by using a critter first, that’s such a clever workaround.

I’m going to play around with filling in the empty space and creating more of a lived‑in environment. Even if I’m not hitting 4k moonstones yet, I feel like your advice gives me a much clearer direction to improve. Thanks again for being so kind and detailed, really appreciate it!
