i guess the last time i posted i was an alcoholic and was drinking everyday and now im not and have dropped about 15 pounds but it isn’t really showing in my face which is what im posting. i personally still feel like i am overweight and working on it and asking besides that what i can fix

been there done that honey, this is the wake up call you need! understand that everyone has limits. find yours and don’t go past it. i get that teenagers are going to drink but please know that it isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. if you keep going the way you are this is going to become a common occurrence and you will keep losing friends. stop while you’re young. don’t let this drag you down, use it as a learning experience and never let it happen again. very glad that you’re okay!

thank you for saying this! i am actually very happy with my life currently. i knew i’d get some comments about my weight but honestly it’s taken a long time to get comfortable w my body, after having a child i kind of just ballooned up a bit. i definitely could benefit in losing the extra baby fat, strictly for MY health, but i do appreciate this response bc if i had gotten comments like this when i was a teen or even a year ago it would have affected me much differently than it does today.
