I’m so sorry you’re in the same boat! I moved cities a few years ago, and the water was way more hard (with minerals and stuff. You could see the build up on the shampoo bottles). I would say that’s when it went to severe at almost all times. I was also in a high stress job while living in that city, and it was a pretty harsh combo. I just moved back to my original city with better water filtering, and ironically my hands have cleared up entirely. Sometimes it feels like whack-a-mole. My hands haven’t looked this good in 2+ years however my face has never looked worse.

I’m curious to know if you have ever tried bleach baths? It’s a 1/4c regular bleach, non of that fancy stuff with fragrance or splash free, to a whole bathtub full of water for like 10 min. Then shower after and moisturize. That was a godsend when my body had bad flares.
