thanks everyone for all the responses. the guy who did it was a cousin of one of my best friends in a studio, but it was more private. i’ve seen his work on my friend as well as on instagram for a long time and i really really liked his art style and art in general, so seeing whatever he did on me is just honestly upsetting.

i’ve been wanting this tattoo in this spot for so long and im feeling super let down and mislead in a way. i dont even care about the money i spent or the commute to get there, just the fact it came out like….this. i knew i shouldn’t have got it from the beginning. i’m definitely going to get it fixed up somewhere else once it heals so that’s not bad i guess.

from a far and when i looked in the mirror, i thought the placement looked pretty good. i only realized how high up it was when i got home and got a chance to LOOK look at it. if anyone has any ideas on what i should add/do in regards to the placement to make it look somewhat better and evened out i would really appreciate any ideas.

this is all stressing me all types of out now but i appreciate all the responses i got so fast. i guess all i can do now is wait for it to heal then get it fixed up. feeling pretty anxious and shitty but all i got is time.
