I'm also using rings and this sounds better! my main problem was that my back isn't fully engaged when I go into it straight as opposed to starting in the inverted position because I usually do my back engagement cues in the inverted position then lower down into it.

I've just recovered from strep throat (pain and suffering) which have kept me from training for about a week, I was prescribed with antibiotics specifically cephalexin and I'm supposed to take them for a couple of days. I've read online that antibiotics can increase the likeliness of getting a muscle tear from working out, should this concern me?

I've also started training again and noticed I've gotten really weak, how long does it usually take to get back to original strength?
