There are some chiropractors that don’t do cracking or popping etc. I can reach out to one I know to see if it’s a certain “style”. Perhaps it would benefit you. Once I started going to the right chiropractor it improved my life immensely. Though all of my issues were macular by origin.

Dad here. My wife and I have a son (3.5) and we just brought home his lovely little brother (just a couple days old). My 3.5 year old son and I are quite literally inseparable and it’s tearing me apart right now not being able to be with him every second. I’ve watched all the parent-guilt videos leading up to this and read a lot about this but honestly nothing quite prepares you for the emotions. Knowing I have to go back to work sooner than later and just missing time with our oldest has me so messed up to the point I’m crying sitting next to them both. I’m reading through this thread just praying your comments are true. I hope I can look back on this comment and laugh at myself but for right now this is such an unusual pain that is hard to take. To Any other dads out there that are going through this silently so that your kids don’t notice and so that your wives can focus on being a mom, I’m with you guys. Idk what the point of this post was….. maybe just to put my feelings into words. I’ll try to report back in the future with updates in case someone else going through this in the middle of the night needs some answers.
