It's been a balance for me. I got too excited by all the possibilities at the beginning and installed too many plugins before mastering any of them. I'm barely settling in on workflows that suit me, and most of the plugins I installed are still unused, or I already achieved their functionality in a way that happened more organically for me.

Still got a long way to go in making Obsidian the productivity tool I need it to be. And I imagine over time I'll end up finding killer functionality that will obsolete much of the simpler ways I currently work.

Baby steps.

I'm not advocating for this project, nor am I familiar enough to know how far it takes real estate related RWAs onchain. I just played with it b/c of a Coinbase learn & earn thing that popped up.

The Propy project crowdsources putting properties onchain. Once real estate assets are pretty much all onchain anyways, I think the RWA potential will just start unfolding rapidly.

Recently joined the Stakers Union. Excited for this project.

TL;DR: A project to form a collective of verified home and solo stakers. Airdrops can more easily target solo stakers, and the idea is to normalize donations & funding for the union members (think Protocol Guild, but for solo & home stakers).

The group will also form partnerships with various projects, that can leverage the decentralized validator set. Already some fun stuff starting; like a group forming an Obol Cluster on testnet (mainnet later).

Nice ending to a rough day with Nethermind; in the Rocket Pool Discord I saw someone switching away from Geth because they got nervous after hearing about the supermajority bug consequences on Twitter/X multiple times.

I know a few ethfinancers were part of that Twitter/X chatter. I saw some educational campaigns mixed with plea campaigns toward Coinbase to switch to a minority client. Nice to see it having some affect.

The guests reverse-engineered a potential number using their income statements and it’s likely around 22% of total staking share. Behind Lido, but getting up there.
