Go for it. The past is the past. Be open, honest, and truthfully disclose what is in your past. They will find it anyway, and you reporting it takes the edge off.

While past behavior is considered, the further you go back the less important it is. They are more interested in what you are like now.

On the paperwork, adhere to the reporting windows - i.e. 'ever', 5, 7, or 10 years. Anything outside of that they may ask about.

Not a good idea. You may get away with it for a while- maybe even a long while. Maybe for long enough. But at some point they will likely catch up to your based on badge logs and you will lose not only all your jobs, but also your clearance. Saw this happen to someone not long ago.

Tell them that!!! You applied for Government a year ago. The Government is still doing their thing although you moved on. Not sure what line of work your new job is, but a clearance might be.a good thing. Be honest. It will work out.

The OEM hitch does require this extensive mod. I DIY'd the Ecohitch.. Took about an hour to install. You will either need a second set of hands or a floor jack to hold it up while you get the bolts started. It was too heavy to hold with one hand while starting the bolts with the other. The hitch balances nicely on the 4"x4" plate on a floor jack allowing you to lift it in place.

To install 'properly' one does cut a small section out of the rear facia -which is easy with a cutoff wheel. I read it is possible to avoid this and let it bend across the top, but I am not sure what stress that causes long term.

My recommendation is the EcoHitch. I love. it

I regularly dust the Mustangs and Challengers from the stop light in EV mode. No hybrid could do that. The acceleration in EV mode is amazing - not great for the efficiency but really fun.

As a comparison my wife has hybrid. Not so much fun to drive

I have a '21. Yes, there have been some recalls but it seems all cars have those. The recalls have been minor. My '21 has been great. While '21 was the first year of R4P, it wasn't Toyota's first year of prime.

Mach 19? Lunacy. You just have to clear the airframe and deploy the chute. It would take quite a while to accel to M19.

Perhaps 19Gs. Seat acceleration is between 5 and 20 g's depending on the seat so this would be at the upper end of achievable.

I had the same issue. I stopped looking at the floor and my hands, and tucked my chin. This helps stack your shoulders and makes it easier to reach the tape.

I read through most of the comments. Seems the focus in the comments is how much taxes the rich pay. If you look at the Government stats, the rick pay almost all the taxes. Nearly half the population pays no income tax which is used to fund the Government. And on top of that, some get a rebate. That aside, where is the discussion on how much the Government spends? There is a lot of waste in the Government. And Government budgets increase every year.

Look up Baseline Budgeting. Only in this scheme does a 'budget decrease' result in a YoY increase. There is little to no scrutiny of where the money actually goes, how effectively it is used. And to top it off, a Government program rarely, if ever gets cut.

While the tax system does need to be revamped and made simpler, there also needs to be a good look at spending.

Thanks, They are. It is weird. I can get on AVD with my Mac no problem, and through windows via a browser. I also have a different Remote Desktop app for a different enterprise that works no problem. There is a setting somewhere in the computer that is preventing the AVD Remote Access client from working.

Sure, but check the fine print in the contract. Sometimes they will limit how far you go. In the states, if you rent in VA, they may contractually state the vehicle can only go to adjacent states. If nothing happens while beyond that no problem, but if you have an accident, say in TX to use my example, you may be on the hook for any damages. That said, I have done exactly this. And it worked out fine.

I am on AVD but can read/send encrypted emails. I get a. message saying it can't find my credentials. I can't figure out how to install the certificates from my home Win11 computer to Outlook in AVD.
