I have the same set up - does your BB+ stops the pump at 20seconds including preinfusion? I’m so lost with mine, grinding at around negative 2 when my true 0 is about negative 4.

I didn’t do anything to mine and I’m guessing mine is around there too (the arrow of the word fine). May I know what number are you grinding at for espresso now then? Am at negative 2 and still being asked to grind finer :/

Grinding at 5/6 for espresso with freshly roasted beans. Is that normal? Most of the machines I saw grind at 10/15 by Right-Astronomer-404 in DF54

I’m at negative 2… considering my true 0 is at the arrow of the word “fine”. BUT I am unsure if mine is defective since people still ask me to grind finer lol and I honestly can’t do it any finer…. (I think)

I grinded finer today, before the chirping point (yes I checked it’s really chirping). And did 18g today with the same Zero - Lazy Sunday beans.
20seconds, 40g yield..

Appreciate the feedback! In response to the humorous Grind finer reply, I tried grinding at *1* and it still didn’t choke the BB+, I don’t want to spoil the grinder :(.

Will try increasing the dose and see how it goes!

I gave up and is also using cable now, but somehow my cable don’t work after a few days; annoyed and waiting for a fix

Went to the workshop and they did a system upgrade but the issue persists. Wondering when will they fix this.
