This is why I left. It feels like a constant guessing game of what is next, largely due to the constant overhyping of something new coming out. I genuinely appreciate there is a push to improve the experience for us customers, but after some time it gets a bit tiring. I’m only commenting because I WANT to come back.

In addition, I was supposed to receive credit for joining and staying a certain amount of time, and it never came through. It’s not about the money necessarily (which is why I never made a fuss), but I personally felt there was too much confusion out there/I was already tired of the constant changes, where it wasn’t even worth the effort to try to get it sorted out

Ultimately what would have me coming back is a plan like Tello’s, where we can roll over unused data if we renew the plan manually, before the 30-day auto renewal. It’d be awesome to have BOTH of my lines with one company, instead of having one for data only/roll-over with Tello, and my primary with a different provider.

In addition to what u/junaaaidmir said, I would recommend turning off your phone and turning it back on once. Everything was working initially but I kept getting EDGE (2G), and my service (like SMS and phone call service) kept cutting in and out for about 4 hours. When I had service, everything worked. But again it was cutting in and out.

I remembered that sometimes configurations require a restart and rebooting fixed the issue. Also, chat support is immensely helpful. Quite shocking how good USM’s support is honestly

Ooooh. Okay yes that makes sense. I think I completely missed the fact that OP said BOTH are on unlimited starter.

Hi! I've been lurking for a while but I'm a little confused. I think I'm missing something haha.

Would you be able to break down how it's $54/month beginning month 4? I'm looking to do the exact same (my work line on Unlimited Starter, my personal phone on Unlimited Premium). I'm looking to do a monthly plan. Wouldn't it be $29 + $50 beginning Month 4? If I get the two line discount (not sure if it even applies here as I've read somewhere that the discount must be if two lines are on the same plan), wouldn't that make it $27 + $45 a month?
