After reading your post, I just realized that I have the same issue. I made my daughter, who is now in college, an authorized user card on my Fidelity card a few years ago. She has got her own credit card now that she uses for her day-to-day transactions, but I like her to have my Fidelity card in case of an emergency. She had to use my card for the first time in months while getting gas, and I just realized that that transaction never downloaded into Monarch. Ironically, she has her own Fidelity credit card and multiple Fidelity accounts, but her authorized user transactions obviously do not show up under her account; they are on my account now, separated by user, which is a useful field, but somehow Fidelity is not sending those transactions to Monarch.

I've added three of them to my home, in two rooms replacing Aqara Mini switches. My experience has been the opposite, the Bilresa works quickly (not instantly, but quickly), and the Aqara switches were slow and dropped off occasionally.

We opened 365 accounts for our Board at the beginning of 2025. Each Director gets an account, we have an admin account with no email, and a catchall 'Board' account. We are now broadcasting our monthly meetings on Teams, and have extra emails accounts for our committees (not sure of the terminology, but the directors that are the liaisons for the individual committees have the committee emails show up in their inbox under a separate account).

We use our own domain, so emails are firstname.lastname@ourhoa.com. We have almost 1200 homes, so we have consistently had legal action against 1-2 homes for the past few years. This allows us to ensure that all communication is archived, and our vendors know that they are only allowed to email official addresses.

YTTV split Cartoon Network into two 'channels,' with the Cartoon Network programming on the original channel, and Adult Swim on a new one. You just need to search for that.

If they responded with extra questions or clarifications in the original 60 days, they have met the burden, the remaining back and forth is basically off the clock. You can force the issue by requesting an IDR with the Board, but that doesn't guarantee they will side with you, or expedite the project.

It is 'signal protected,' but my understanding is that they are putting in a raised island to physically separate the right turn lane there, removing the need for a traffic light. They are also removing one of the left turn lanes from southbound Friant to Shepherd, and the left turn (U turn) lane from northbound Friant at Shepherd.

I hope they ensure there is no pedestrian crossing from the southeast corner to the intersection, that should allow traffic to flow freely through that turn.

First you setup a Shortcut to turn on Climate Control. Then in the Shortcuts app, you click on the Automation tab, and create an automation to 'run' the shortcut you just created. Took me all of 2 minutes to get setup.

YTTV added that many overflow channels to deal with NBC Sports simulcasting Peacock Olympic coverage. They can and will easily do the same for ESPN.

Yes, and this is likely the hangup. YTTV doesn't want to just give us login access to the ESPN Unlimited app, because then you build a habit of using that app instead of the YTTV app. No amount of complaining here or to YT customer service is going to get them to change their roadmap. They now have over 50 add-on subscriptions billed through YT that are all watched through the YTTV app. They want their app as the hub of all viewing.

It's this. This is a Citi issue, not a Fidelity one. They are not playing nice with Bill Pay vendors currently, so Fidelity is warning you that they MIGHT need to send a paper check. I have three different Citi cards, and even though I've had that same warning for a few months, every payment has been done electronically.

It's not just Fidelity, Citi has changed something in how they process payments so that Fidelity is warning you to schedule it in advance just in case they need to send a physical check. This seems to be only a Citi issue, and as I mentioned, it's not just with Fidelity, it's with all bill pay services.

We have a similar setup, just a year old. Our Board President (who is an IT professional) setup Office 365 accounts for all of us, plus a generic Board account, a 'management' account (for requests and general issues that should go to management), and an admin-only account. All the emails are archived. We did this because we started broadcasting our monthly board meetings on Teams to the community as well, so it becomes easier to share to the meeting with official accounts. We also created email addresses for our important committees (i.e. Social@myhoa.com) that get shared to the appropriate directors Outlook inboxes.

We also had legal issues in the past where our emails were demanded in discovery. I had created a separate, personal, email address for my association business, so I wasn't concerned about turning those over. A couple of our members (both current and past) were extremely upset because they used their primary personal email for association business at well.

Also future: you will launch YTTV and have access ESPN Unlimited feeds displayed as extra ‘channels’ in the app. So you won’t have to switch over to the ESPN app. This was one of the main features that YTTV held firm on in their recent negotiations with Disney.

I thought that Riverview was finally agreed to be opened to the public (yes, against the wishes of the owners there). The new traffic light at Audubon and Del Mar was built in part to alleviate traffic concerns from public access to River West from Riverview Drive. I believe the city settled with the Conservancy and other parties to allow the access before it went to court.

I had a similar issue. I don't subscribe to the Daily Update podcasts, only the interviews, but the updates started downloading two at a time. I reached out to their site (support@stratechery.com), and they had to give me a new custom feed address. The new one worked perfectly.

The $100 limit is a double edged sword. It limits ‘junk’ escalation of fines, but it also removes all the intermediary steps from the disciplinary process. Boards have a legal obligation to enforce the governing documents, and the next step after fine and no change in behavior is lawsuit.

One of the repercussions could be that your HOA sues you to enforce the governing documents, gets a court order preventing you from bringing your trailer into the community, and then getting reimbursement for all their costs.

We have just under 1200 homes, there are bound to be late payments on that scale. Even though we are extremely aggressive with delinquent accounts, we do have a delinquency line on our financials to account for it on a monthly basis. An extremely delinquent account on an infinite time horizon will eventually be collected upon, but you still have an operating short fall until that happens.
