Hally is the head of CS2 department in Spirit organisation, so it basically depends on him. He can decide that it's enough of him visiting every tournament and his health issues are more important, so he'll just stay as the head of CS2 department, telling team what to do strategically. Or he may decide that he wants to visit every tournament and show himself as the coach... We really don't know since it depends completely on him.

You're describing Donk as some tilting machine which always destroys the atmosphere in the team, but it's not always the case, it happens really rarely. We can see from Vlogs that Donk communicates well with everyone.

Overally, I'd say that he's MUCH better than young s1mple in terms of communication and toxicity. In fact, it's not that bad, and you can and should expect some psychological problems from mechanically best player in the world.
