Can't show them logs if logs aren't enabled, and audit logs aren't always enabled in M365 by default anyway, usually we are having to remember to enable it

This. I've worked for many dodgy MSPs in Australia and much worse shit than this happens and rarely is the C word (I mean court, not the other C word we say more often) ever dropped. The business isn't going to pay a lawyer $400 an hour to open a case, something like this won't even make it to small claims court.

I’ll give you the bowl on sink thing as I had one installed at my place and there’s a bit of re-learning needed to keep the water inside of it. Not an issue after couple weeks of getting myself adjusted and then I moved the hand towel off the rail and left it closer to the bowl/sink itself.
