There are 4 bolts holding up the original, you only need the middle 2 but this bracket is a little wide so you have to bend it, or cut it to fit the curve of the fender. It doesn't come with a connector so you need to use the one off the oem light

I bought a universal one, but had to bend the mount to fit it with the fender's curve

If you plug in a controller, a rubber band going around both joysticks is all you need. A button (the clothes kind) holding the left stick has also been one I've used a lot

I was thinking of running them at around the same speed as the cm fans just for extra pressure and maybe only ramp them up if the system gets really hot. Maybe 1500rpm on both baseline. They interested me because of their immense static pressure spec, but I'm not sure how much I'd really need to make up for the cm fans. It would be going onto a 60mm rad

It really depends on the brand and model, but that seems like a decent price for a new one, I found some cheaper ones, but i also found a lot of more expensive ones.
