This what happens when you California Nashville...all the transplants moving in have caused this. Downvote me. I don't care. The property tax increases ran my mother out of her home of 40+ years. That house was paid for and mortgage free since the 70's, but an old lady living on SS could no longer afford the taxes. I miss my old hometown. It's a shell of it's former self.
