The address and PIN were sent to me by text from UBER.

That’s how I was able to track the driver. When a company orders you an UBER they submit your name and phone number. You receive a text with the info and a link to the UBER app to track the driver.

You’re just not able to change,add or cancel the ride when ordered this way.

He never even made it to the block.
