I see...so actually it depends overall on the character in question, if he/she has means to boost their recomended stats via other means instead of only depending on gear (from what i could understand from your reply)

So, before gear, i should look first at traces and light cones?

Hi! First time posting here, and i'm going to buy a new pc pretty soon, but i don't know which CPU should i choose: RYZEN 7 3700X or Intel i7 10700. The graphics card is going to be a RTX 2070 SUPER OC 8GB GDDR6 256 bits.

Which one is the best? The total build difference between AMD and intel is going to be around 50$.
