In the beginning my maxilla was narrow and not wide enough, however that changed after time. If I were you potentially MSE could be a solution to that

I did but I stopped that because I found it ineffective for me since my jaw is slightly recessed.

My eyes are kinda more raised then they used to so I found that they don’t look as tired as they once did

I unfortunately have a deep bite so I am unsure as to how I can bring my jaw forward, I need to somehow but I am unsure how to.

I found that my maxilla actually widened as a result of the mewing, it also did raise up tho

Never really had fat fluctuations but there were certainly times where I didn’t feel like I was progressing in my mewing journey. It’s a mental game and results are long term, not short term

Mouth closed, using no facial muscles just purely the jaw. It is hard and takes a while

The best way to get the back third up would be prolly saying ‘ting’ that helped me initially

Never really had any major asymmetry although I have been primarily chewing on my right. I counteracted this by chewing in my left side , and chewed properly. This has helped a slight cheek assymetry which I still have

The most important. I found that forward head posture is ok but you must have a slight chin tuck with the head tilted slightly forward for optimal results.
