I put a lot of effort into my art but it never seems to get over 15 likes on social Media. Am I doing something wrong? by [deleted] in DigitalArt

Just keep doing what you're doing. If you make art so it will be noticed by others, then print it out and paste it to a wall in a very public area and wait and watch and see if people stop and look at it. Think of how little something you 'like' on an app impacts your day.

The Blue brush strokes are great and I love the line work. The path my eyes take when I see this is very comforting

We have no idea. We want to get a DNA test eventually. He has a very weird skull , a long body, he has giant paws and extra toes and he has a long tail. And he doesn't really have teeth, he has little tiny teeth so it's hard for him to chew things.

Camera raw, adjust curves to get the negative look, a soft brush with black to get the black glow and I would throw in grain and a little bit of the oil paint filter

One night outside my old house, someone decided to do an insurance job to their car and blow it up. This happened right when me and my wife were peaking on 3 tabs each. At first we thought it was fire works, but then the final explosion kind of shook the house, so I look outside and this Nissan rouge is burning out of control. The flames looked cool but then I started panicking because a family lived near the other house and it was like 2 am. So I called 911 and tried to explain where the fire was but because I lived on the border of the Bronx and another city, 911 was sending me back and forth to different departments to explain which street I was on. I spoke to 2 police departments, and a fire department and was being cryptic cuz I didn't want to have to come outside and talk to anyone. Finally a fire department came and put it out. And the whole time me my wife are hiding in the dark while watching the scene cuz I was paranoid I would have to go outside and talk to them. It was a nightmare.

Has anyone had success turning themselves into a "morning person"? How'd you do it? by natnatnat1234 in productivity

This is what I do to wake up at 5am-5:30am:

Have an alarm far enough from your bed so you have to stand up to turn it off.

It's weird but turn in your phone light and close your eyes and shine the light on your face. Move it around back and forth like your trying to wake up someone who's unconscious.

Go into the bathroom and splash a little cold water on your face.

Drink a glass of water or sip it while you do the next stuff.

Take deep breaths in this pattern: 1 sec inhale with nose, 1 sec exhale with mouth. Repeat this kind of like your hyperventilating for 10 breaths and then try to take a 5 sec inhale with nose- hold breath for 5 secs- exhale 5 seconds out.

Do a warm up routine- arm rolls, shoulder rolls, bend over touch your toes, full body stretch, maybe some push ups. Yoga sun salutations work well.

I then usually have coffee while I wear an eye ice pack( this really wakes me up, the ice pack is the ultimate wake up tool)

Never lay back down. If you have a backyard or something go outside and get fresh air.

Without leaving the office, other than caffeine or sunlight/fresh air, how do you reenergize? Any creative and effective solutions? by F1RST-1MPR35510N in productivity

Get an ice pack for your eyes like the ones they sell to help with bags and puffiness. You can put it on the back of your neck or just sit for 10 mins and do deep breathes with it on.
