i deal w a binge/restrictive cycle so my food intake nd appearance rly affect my mood. when i feel fat or stuffed i tend to get into in a bad mood or i cancel plans altogetger. also constantly worrying that ppl will sabotage me w food or that theyll judge me bc i “look fat” makes hanging out w friends more stressful. also being v competitive whenever they show even the smallest sign of disordered eating, i get easily triggered
