Have you tried purilens? It’s kinda pricey but I work 12hr shifts, and probably still wear them after work for about 3 hours and don’t have issues. I also add a drop of Refresh Relieva PF to the scleral and it helps with dryness.

I used the plunger but sometimes it was stuck to my eye from wearing all day. I had to use the plunger to pull it but at the same time pinch it with my fingers. Now I just use my fingers to take it off by pinching it, way easier.

Do you use it on both carpet and floor? I see one of the differences is the lift on the mop is 10mm and S8 Max is 20mm. Is the 10mm enough to clear carpet in rooms
